Our money-back guarantee and how refunds work. Effective August 18, 2026.
We want you to be happy with PinVari. Because PinVari installs on your own Mac and does most of its work locally, buying is low-risk — and this policy explains how refunds work if the licence is not right for you. This policy is offered by KAK Digital LLC, the operator of PinVari.
4-day money-back guarantee
PinVari Pro and Team are a one-time purchase. If you buy a licence and are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 4 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need a complicated reason — "it's not for me" is enough.
One-time purchase — no renewals
PinVari is not a subscription. You pay once and the licence is yours; there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
What is not typically refundable
- Requests made after the 4-day window above, except where required by law.
- Charges where there is clear evidence of abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles).
Note that PinVari does not charge you for third-party services you connect (such as your own Deepgram, OpenRouter, tracker, or AI-agent accounts). Any fees for those are billed by those providers directly and are between you and them — we cannot refund them.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, tell us it's a refund request, and include your license key or order details. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor; how long it takes to appear depends on that processor and your bank.
